HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

• Responsible for initiating, developing and implementing various HR initiatives from doing job analysis and job evaluation, work load analysis, review remuneration system, conducting behavioral based interview  and implementing organization and people development projects

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Age < 30 years old
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Human Resources area
• Strong Analytical and Conceptual Skill, highly motivated, driven and willing to do the extra miles, has passion for continuous learning
• Strong technical skills & knowledge about HR tools (Hay job analysis and job evaluation, workload analysis, compensation benefit analysis, targeted selection interview, etc)
• Location: Jakarta
• Status: permanent employee
